About

Hi!

I'm Lisa, a Second year speech-language pathology student attending a Master's program in the South. I am originally from the Midwest, and plan on returning there when I begin my CFY. I think one of the best ways to get to know someone is to learn a few of their favorite things, so here are some of mine:

- I LOVE coffee!

- My favorite season is Fall
- I have a double major in Music
- I can't function without some chocolate

- I think the best way to unwind is a glass of red wine and a chick flick (Pitch Perfect is my current favorite)

- I may be a little biased, but I think I have the most adorable puppy in the world. (Oliver)

- Outside of school, I love hiking, baking, and watching Chicago sports. (Oliver loves Chicago sports too!)

- Oh, and I love being a student speech-language pathologist!

As I began my clinical practicums I realized that there were a lot of things that I wish I had known before I began this whole experience. I wanted to share those experiences and therapy ideas that helped me get by relatively unscathed as a student clinician.
